How to manage ticket types?

After you've created an event or even published it, you can still make changes to your ticket types.

You can edit, delete or hide ticket type.

To edit/delete a ticket





Step 1: In your event dashboard, select the event you would like to edit.

Step 2: Next, click tickets.

Step 3: Click the ellipsis (three little dots) on the right-hand side of the ticket you want to edit.

Step 4: This will show a drop-down menu of options to edit, duplicate, hide or delete the ticket.

Things to note:



Deleting a ticket is irreversible.

You cannot delete a ticket type once orders have been made for it. If you no longer want a ticket to be visible but there are already orders for it, you can hide the ticket instead.

You cannot change the price for a ticket that has orders. To adjust the price, you can hide the ticket instead and create a new ticket at the new price.

To hide a ticket





Step 1: In your event dashboard**,** select the event you would like to edit.

Step 2: Next, click tickets.

Step 3: Click the ellipsis (three little dots) on the right-hand side of the ticket you want to hide and select hide.

Step 4: The ticket is now hidden and will not impact previous orders**.** However, new orders will not be possible for that ticket type.

To unhide a ticket





To unhide a ticket, click the ellipsis (three little dots) on the right-hand side of the tickets you want to make visible and select show.

That's it! It's very simple to make changes to your tickets after creating them.
