How to delete your ticket?

After you've created an event or even published it, you can still make changes to your ticket types.

You can edit, hide, delete, duplicate or mark a ticket type as sold out.

Step 1: In your event dashboard, select the event you would like to delete.

Step 2: Next, click tickets.

Step 3: Click the ellipsis (three little dots) on the right-hand side of the ticket you want to delete.



Step 4: This will show a drop-down menu of options, click on delete.

Things to note:



Deleting a ticket is irreversible.

You cannot delete a ticket type once orders have been made for it. If you no longer want a ticket to be visible but there are already orders for it, you can hide the ticket instead.
