Trouble Adding a Moniepoint Bank Account? Here’s What to Do!
If you're having trouble adding your Moniepoint bank account to Tix, it's likely because Moniepoint automatically repeats the account name. Tix requires your bank account name to be an exact match with your Tix account name, or else you won’t be able to add your bank details successfully.
Before adding your Moniepoint bank details, confirm that your Tix account name matches exactly with how Moniepoint displays it.
Step 1: Go to Accounts, then select Payouts.
Step 2: Click on Add Payout Account, and a pop-up will appear for you to enter your bank details.
Step 3: Enter your bank account number; this will automatically fetch your account name.
Step 4: Take note, or screenshot, of the exact name that appears.
Step 5: If your Tix account name doesn’t match, please update it to match exactly before proceeding.

For example:
If Moniepoint displays your bank account name as Tix Star - Tix Star, then your Tix account name should also be the same ( Tix Star - Tix Star), not just Tix Star. This is because Moniepoint sometimes indicates the account name twice instead of once.
