How to setup your creator profile

Your loyal guests want to stay connected to you, and Creator Profiles on Tix make that easier.

With this feature, you can build a direct audience on Tix, so every time you create an event, your followers are instantly notified. This means higher visibility, stronger repeat attendance, and less effort spent on marketing every new drop.

Step 1: Log in to your Tix account.

Step 2: From the left-hand side of your dashboard, click on Account, then select Profile and open your Creator Profile. Fill in the form and click Save.

Step 3: After entering your contact email address, Click on verify email and a confirmation email will be sent to your inbox. Click the verification link in the email to confirm your email address, then return to the platform and select “I have verified” to continue.

Just like that, you have a creator profile which guests can see when they visit your event page.

NOTES

• Contact email is strictly for event communication with attendees. For login and other functions, your primary email is valid.
• You may choose any available username of your preference. If a username is unavailable you would have to select another.
• Your display name is what will be displayed to guests on your event page.
• Please note that your contact email address must be verified via a confirmation link that will be sent directly to your email.
• Adding your social media handles can help build trust with guests who are interested in purchasing tickets.
