How to hide/unhide your ticket?

After you've created an event or even published it, you can still make changes to your ticket types.


You can edit, hide, delete, duplicate or mark a ticket type as sold out.


To hide a ticket



Step 1: In your event dashboard select the event you would like to hide.


Step 2: Next, click tickets.


Step 3: Click the ellipsis (three little dots) on the right-hand side of the ticket you want to hide and select hide.


Step 4: The ticket is now hidden and will not impact previous orders.


To unhide a ticket



To unhide a ticket, click the ellipsis (three little dots) on the right-hand side of the tickets you want to make visible and select show.


That's it! It's very simple to make changes to your tickets after creating them.



Things to note:


  1. New orders can not be made on a hidden ticket.


  1. Previous orders are not impacted when a ticket is hidden.
