How to Duplicate an Event on Tix

Need to create a new event that's similar to a past one? We've made it super easy. You can now duplicate events in just a few clicks, so there's no need to start from scratch. Here’s how:

Step 1: Login (or sign up) to your Tix account

Step 2: Find the event you want to duplicate

Look for the tiny duplicate icon (two stacked squares) at the top right corner of the event card.

Step 3: Click the duplicate icon

A pop-up will appear that says:

“When duplicating events, only the details, tickets, and custom questions will be copied. Do you still want to duplicate it?”

Step 4: Confirm duplication

Click Duplicate, and a new event titled “Copy of [Event Name]” will be created.

Step 5: Edit your duplicated event

You’ll be able to edit the duplicated event. You can make changes to the date, event name, location etc.
