How to Delete an Event
If you no longer want an event to appear on your Tix dashboard, you can delete it by following these steps:
From Your Dashboard
Step 1: Login (or sign up) to your Tix account
Step 2: On the event card, click the delete icon in the top right corner.
A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the deletion. Select Yes, delete, and your event will be deleted.
From Event Settings
Step 1: Login (or sign up) to your Tix account
Step 2: Navigate to your dashboard and select the event you want to delete.
Step 3: Select Settings; and then select **Delete Event **from the dropdown.
Step 5: Confirm the deletion in the pop-up.
Notes:
- You cannot delete an event that already has tickets sold.
