How to create a virtual event?
A virtual event is an event that takes place online. The guests attend the event online using a streaming service like Youtube or a video conferencing app, for example, Zoom, Google meet etc.
On Tix, you can also sell tickets or collect registrations for virtual events. Once attendees have registered and/or paid, they will receive the virtual event invitation in their email.
Step 1: Login (or sign up) to your Tix account.
Step 2: Click Add New Event.
Step 3: Fill in the required details and click Continue.
You will need to complete ALL the required information on this page before you can proceed to the next step.
Step 4: Add Event Link For online events, switch on the "This is a virtual event" toggle and add the meeting link for your online event.
Step 5: Add an event image, choose a theme, and click Continue.
