How to check guests in with the Tix mobile app?

Scanning barcodes and checking guests into your event is easy with the Tix mobile app (available on Android and iOS).

On the mobile app, you can view your event guest list in real-time and check guests into your event by searching an order number or email address or scanning the attendee's ticket QR code.

Step 1: Sign in to the organiser section on the Tix mobile app.

Step 2: You can use the guestlist to check guests into the event or scan the QR code on their ticket.

To use the guestlist:

Select the guest list option from the menu bar at the bottom of your screen, and choose the event you want to check guests into.




Search the name or email address of the attendee in the field provided.

Tap check-in.

A success message will display when the guest has successfully checked in.

Tap go back to check more guests in.


To check guests in using the QR code;

Select the scan icon from the menu bar at the bottom of your screen, and choose the event you want to check guests into.




Place the QR code in the scanning area provided.



A success message will display when the guest has successfully checked in.
