How to set up sales status messages for your event
Sales status messages let you manage ticket sales by displaying a custom message on your event page. This feature allows you to hold ticket sales before you're ready or show a message once sales have ended. This feature gives you full control over your event's ticket availability, allowing you to pause sales or stop them once you decide the sales period is over.
Here's how to set it up:
Step 1: Log in to your Tix account and select the event you wish to set the sales status for.

Step 2: Click on Event Details and select Sales Status Messages.

Step 3: Choose from the following options and click Set message:
None (no message displayed)
Pre-Sales Message (display a message to show ticket sales have not yet started)
Post-Sales Message (displays a message to show a ticket sales have ended)
