How to resend an order confirmation email?
Sometimes, guests may accidentally delete the order confirmation email with the ticket to your event. Don't panic. You can easily resend the ticket in these easy steps.
Step 1: Log into your Tix account.
Step 2: On your event dashboard, click on Orders and then select Attendee list.
Step 3: Select the user who needs an order confirmation email.
Step 4: Scroll down and tap the orange Resend confirmation email option on the bottom left of your screen.
Step 5: Your guest will receive an email with the ticket purchased.
