How to export your order information?

Exporting your orders allows you to download your customer data for a particular event - or all of your events - as a CSV spreadsheet for use in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

This is particularly helpful if you need to use the information in another software or for a guest list.

Step 1: In your event dashboard, select the event you want to export orders for.




Step 2: Click to Reports in the menu bar.




Step 3: Select Guest List.




Step 4: Click on the Download CSV button. The order information will be sent to your email address.




Things to note



The generated spreadsheet will include only orders that have been completed at the time you exported the spreadsheet. You will need to return to the application to download an export for future orders made after this time.

Your data will be downloaded as a CSV file which can be imported to other programs such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
