How to Export Your Order Information and Reports

Event data is crucial for managing and analysing your event, and the Reports tab allows you to export both event and order information as a CSV file. This gives you easy access to important data, which can be used in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for further analysis, guest list management, sales tracking, and more. Helping you stay on top of your event management.

Step 1: In your event dashboard, select the event you want to export data for.

Step 2: Click on Reports in the menu bar.

Step 3: Choose the type of report you want to export:

Sales Summary: Access a comprehensive overview of your event’s sales performance, including total revenue, ticket sales, and any discounts applied.

Orders by Ticket Type: View a detailed breakdown of ticket sales by type (e.g., General Admission, VIP, etc.), helping you analyze which ticket categories are the most popular and driving sales.

Guest List: Download a full list of all attendees who’ve purchased tickets for your event, including their names, contact information, and ticket details. This is perfect for managing your guest list and planning event logistics.

Custom Question Summary: Review responses to any custom questions you’ve set for your guests during the ticketing process. This can help you gather important insights or preferences about your attendees.

Check-in Summary: Monitor the check-in status for all ticket types, allowing you to track which attendees have checked in to your event.

Payout Status: Get an up-to-date view of all orders that have been paid out to you, so you can keep track of your payouts and financial transactions easily.

Step 4: Click on the Download CSV button. The report will be sent to your email address.

Things to Note

The generated spreadsheet will include only orders and data available at the time of export. To capture new transactions, you will need to download an updated report later.

The exported file is in CSV format, which can be easily imported into Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
