How to edit/delete your ticket?
After you've created an event or even published it, you can still make changes to your ticket types.
You can edit, hide, duplicate, delete or mark a ticket type as sold out.
Step 1: In your event dashboard, select the event you would like to edit.
Step 2: Next, click tickets.
Step 3: Click the ellipsis (three little dots) on the right-hand side of the ticket you want to edit.
Step 4: This will show a drop-down menu of options to edit, duplicate, mark as sold out, hide or delete the ticket.
Deleting a ticket is irreversible.
You cannot delete a ticket type once orders have been made for it. If you no longer want a ticket to be visible but there are already orders for it, you can hide the ticket instead.
You cannot change the price for a ticket that has orders. To adjust the price, you can hide the ticket instead and create a new ticket at the new price.
