How to create a recurring event?

Recurring events are events you create once, but they occur over multiple different days, and attendees can pick a day from a list of several days they would like to attend the event.

An example of a recurring event is a Yoga Class that happens weekly every Saturday from 12 pm - 1 pm. With Tix, an event organiser can set up this event once, and attendees can choose the day they would like to attend.

Setting up a recurring event is easy using the steps below:

Step 1: Login (or sign up) to your Tix account

Step 2: Click Create New Event

Step 3: Select the type of event you want to create (check out the two different kinds of events here. Recurring events can be in person (live) or virtual (online).

Step 4: Complete the new event form as usual. However, select recurring event in the ‘’when is your event?’’ section. Here you can enter your start date, event times, event frequency, and when it ends.

Once you are done, click continue to proceed to choose the event image and event page theme. If you aren't quite ready, you can skip and finish later.

The next step is adding tickets to your event! Here's how to add tickets to your event.
