How do I request a refund?
Tix is a self-service platform that empowers event organizers to sell tickets directly to their audience. Event Organizers are responsible for their own terms of sale and handling refund inquiries.
Regrettably, as per our refund policy, we don't have the authority to grant refunds for ongoing events. Refunds are at the discretion of the event organizer. We recommend reaching out to the organizer using the contact details found at the bottom of your ticket email to discuss a potential refund.
If the event has been cancelled, please contact Tix Support via live chat. Select the option to request a refund for a cancelled event. Your refund request will be promptly reviewed, and we'll provide you with a response.
Request a refund for an event that's still happening
