How to Claim Your Invite-Only Ticket
Got an invite to an event with invite-only tickets? Here’s a quick guide to help you claim your ticket hassle-free!
Step 1: Get the invitation link
The event organizer will send you a unique link to access your ticket. If a password is required, the event organizer should provide that as well.
Step 2: Open the link
Click on the link to go to the event’s page.
If you are claiming a paid invite-only ticket, you will be directed straight to checkout.
If you are claiming a free invite-only ticket, you will be asked to enter a password before proceeding. Enter the password provided by the organizer to continue.

Step 3: Approval for invite-only tickets
Some invite-only tickets require approval before they can be issued. If the ticket you are claiming is one of those, you will see a note below the "Continue" button on the right side of the page. KIndly note that the organizer must approve your request before you receive your ticket via email.

Step 4: Receiving your ticket
If no approval is required, your ticket will be issued to your email immediately.
If approval is required, you will receive the ticket once the organizer has approved your request.
If you have not received your ticket
If more than two hours have passed and you have not received a response, you can reach out to the event organizer using the contact information at the bottom of the event page.
If Your Ticket is Rejected
If your registration isn’t accepted, you’ll receive an email notification. You can contact the organizer directly to find out why using the information at the bottom of the event page.
