When you buy tickets on Tix, your tickets are sent to you at the email address that you provided to us at the time you placed your order. This article helps with common issues that you might have after you have bought your ticket

How do I find my ticket?

Your email inbox: Look for an email from orders@tix.africa.
The Tix mobile app: If you have a Tix account, log in (or sign up) on our mobile app using the same email address. Click "Tickets" in the menu to view your tickets.

Why didn't I get my ticket?


Your confirmation email with the ticket purchased may be missing for one of these reasons:
Incorrect email address: There might be a typo in your email address. o worries, we can fix this! Please reach out to Tix support via live chat (the round orange button on the bottom right).
Spam: Sometimes the confirmation email ends up in your spam or promotions folder.
Email deliverability: In some cases, server configurations might block our emails from reaching your inbox. We can help you update your details. Just contact Tix support via live chat (the round orange button on the bottom right).

How do I correct my details?

What is the QR code used for?

The QR code on your ticket is vital for event entry. It'll be scanned at the event to validate your ticket. If you ever need your ticket number before the event, you'll find it right below the QR code in the attachment.
