How to withdraw your listed tickets from Marketplace

Tickets sold out? No worries. The Marketplace on the Tix Orbit app allows you to securely purchase tickets that have been listed for resale by other guests. The process is quick, transparent, and easy to complete right from your app. Follow the steps below to successfully buy your ticket.

Step 1: Open your Tix Orbit app and log in to your account. (Available on Apple and Android)

Step 2: Tap the Tickets icon at the bottom of your screen to view all your tickets.

Step 3: Locate the ticket you previously listed on the Marketplace and tap on it.

Step 4: Preview and confirm the ticket you would like to withdraw from the Marketplace.

Step 5: Tap the Withdraw Tickets option to remove it from the Marketplace.

Step 6: After withdrawal, tap View Tickets to confirm that the ticket has been successfully returned to your account.
