How to Transfer your tickets on the Orbit app

There are different situations where you may need to transfer a ticket to another guest using the Orbit app. Whether you can no longer attend or simply want to send a ticket to someone else, the process is quick and easy.

Step 1: Open your Tix Orbit app and log in to your account. (Available on Apple and Android)

Step 2: Go to the Tickets section of your app and select the ticket you want to transfer.

Step 3 : Click on Transfer ticket and continue.

Step 4: Choose the ticket you'd like to transfer and click on Add Recipient.

Step 5: Enter the details of the recipient.

Step 6: Review the details of the Ticket transfer (Make sure the correct email address is inputted)

• Accept the Terms and conditions, refund policy and Privacy policy.
• Click on Transfer Ticket.

Step 7: If the recipient doesn't have a registered account, the ticket will be held safely and sent automatically once the guest signs up.

Step 8: The ticket will be sent to the recipients Orbit app and a receipt of confirmation will be sent to your email address.

NOTES

• Ticket transfer is totally free.
• Ticket transfer can only be done before the event starts.
• Ticket resale is only available when the event host has enabled that option for their event. If the host chooses not to permit transfers, guests will unfortunately not be able to transfer their tickets.
