How to Edit Your Profile Information on the Mobile App

Updating your profile information such as name and phone number on the Tix mobile app is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to make any changes you need.

Step 1: Launch the app and make sure you are logged in to your account.

Step 2: Tap the Profile icon located at the bottom of the screen. Select the Account Information option.

Step 3: On your Account Information page, You can edit details such as your name and phone number by tapping on the edit icon for the field you want to make changes.

Step 4: Once you are done editing, tap the Save button to apply your updates. Your profile will be updated immediately.
