How to Edit Your Notification Preferences in the App

You can control the type of alerts you receive from the Tix app. Follow these steps to update your notification settings.

Step 1: Launch the app and make sure you are logged in.

Step 2: Tap the profile icon at the bottom right of the screen.

Step 3: Find and tap the Notification section. This will show you the types of notifications you can manage.

Step 4: Toggle notifications on or off based on what you want to receive. You can control updates such as Email notifications or Push notifications.

Your notification settings will update immediately.

NOTE

• Email notifications are updates from Tix about your ticket sales and important account activity.
• Push notifications are alerts about new orders, event activity, and key updates sent directly to your device.
