How to Delete Your Account on the Mobile App
We’re sorry to see you go! If you would like to delete your Tix account, follow these steps carefully.
Step 1: Launch the app and make sure you are logged in.
Step 2: Tap the Profile icon at the bottom of the screen to access your account profile page.

Step 3: On your account profile page, tap the Account Information option to see account-related options.

Step 4: Find the Delete Account icon at the bottom of the page. Tap it and follow the prompts to confirm your deletion

Step 5: Tap on Delete Account. You may receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.
NOTE
- If you need any help with this process or have questions before deleting your account, feel free to contact our support team and we’ll assist you kindly and promptly.
- Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Any tickets or credits associated with your account will also be lost.
