How to Change Your Password on the Mobile App

Keeping your account secure is important. If you want to update your password, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Launch the app and make sure you are logged in.

Step 2: Tap the Profile icon at the bottom of the screen to access your account profile page.

Step 3: On your account profile page, tap the Account Information option to see account-related options.

Step 4: Find and tap the Change Password option. You will be asked to enter your current password first.

Step 5: Type your new password and confirm it by entering it again. Make sure your new password is strong and secure.

Step 6: Tap Save changes to apply your new password. Your account is now secured with the new password.

If you have trouble changing your password or forget your current one, you can use the Forgot Password option on the login screen or contact our support team for help.
