How to Buy Tickets Listed on Marketplace on Tix Orbit App

Changed your mind about selling your ticket? No problem. If you have listed your ticket on the Marketplace and would like to remove it before it gets sold, you can easily withdraw it directly from the Tix Africa Orbit app. This guide will show you how.

Step 1: Open your Tix Orbit app and log in to your account. (Available on Apple and Android)

Step 2: Search for the event using the search bar or tap on the event link shared with you. Once the event page opens, tap on the event.

Step 3: Tap on Get Marketplace Offer. Tap on Got It to proceed.

Step 4: You will see tickets currently listed on the Marketplace. If no tickets are available, the page will appear empty.

Step 5: Use the filters to refine your search by:

• Ticket type
• Ticket quantity

Tap Apply after selecting your preferred options, then proceed to checkout.

Step 6: Review the ticket details listed for purchase. Tap Proceed to continue.

Step 7: Preview the total ticket price, including Marketplace fees. Select your preferred payment option. Ensure you accept the Terms and Conditions. Tap Proceed to complete your payment.

Step 8: Once payment is successful, Your tickets will be available in the Tickets section of the app. Tap View Tickets to see your ticket details. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address used for the purchase
