How to Buy a Ticket on the Mobile App

Buying tickets on the Tix mobile app is simple and fast. Follow the steps below to complete your purchase smoothly.

Step 1: Launch the app on your device and make sure you are logged in.

Step 2: Browse the home screen for popular events or use the Search icon to find a specific event by name, location or category.

Step 3: Tap the event you want to attend to view its details, ticket options and schedule. Tap Get Tickets to continue.

Step 4: Select the ticket type and quantity you want to purchase. Review the price and any special conditions if necessary. Tap the Proceed button to continue.

Step 5: Enter the required information. You can choose to send all tickets to yourself or add additional recipients. Tap Proceed when you are done.

Step 6: Check that all the details are correct. Tap Proceed to continue.

Step 7: Choose your preferred payment method and enter the required information. If you have a discount code, you can apply it here. Tap Proceed to complete the payment.

Step 8: Once payment is successful, your ticket will be issued. It will be sent to your email and will also appear in your app.

Step 9: To see your tickets, tap View Your Tickets **after purchase or tap the **Tickets icon at the bottom of the screen to view your upcoming or past tickets. Select a ticket to see its details.

NOTE

• The QR code for your ticket is temporarily hidden for security reasons. It will become visible two hours before the event. You will also see a countdown showing when the QR code will be available.
