How to add your payout account on the Tix app

Your payout account is where Tix sends the funds you receive from reselling your tickets. Make sure the details you add match your account name so your payouts go through smoothly.

Updating your payout account on the Tix app is simple. Follow these steps to get it done quickly.

Step 1: Log in on your Tix app and tap the Profile icon at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2: Tap on Payment Methods to view your payment settings.

Step 3: Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Add Payout Account.

Step 4: Fill in your payout information. The bank details must match the name on your Tix account exactly or it won’t be accepted.

NOTE

• The bank details you enter must match the name on your Tix account exactly, or the account won’t be added successfully.
• You can only have one payout account per currency.
