Find Your Ticket

When you buy tickets on Tix, either on the Tix website or on the Tix.africa - Orbit Mobile app, your tickets become visible in the ticket section of the app. All you have to do is sign in using the email address that you used to purchase the ticket from the site. This article helps with common issues that you might have after you have bought your ticket



How do I find my ticket?

Once installed, open the app > Tap on Continue with email > Fill in your email address used to purchase the ticket > Tap Continue > Follow the prompt to verify your email address and just like that your ticket will be waiting for you at the Tickets section.



Why didn't I see my ticket in the Orbit App?


When you buy a ticket from the Tix website, and can't seem to find it in your Orbit app, your ticket may be missing for this reason:

  • Incorrect email address: There might be a typo in your email address. No worries, we can fix this! Please reach out to Tix support via live chat (the round orange button on the bottom right).


How do I correct my details?

Made a mistake in your email information? No worries, we've got you covered. Simply contact Tix support via live chat (the round orange button on the bottom right) and follow the prompts.


Why can't I see the QR code?

The QR code on your ticket is vital for event entry. It'll be scanned at the event to validate your ticket. Please note that the QR code only becomes visible in the Tix.africa - Orbit App 2 hours to the start of the event. It is temporarily hidden for security reasons. You will also see a countdown showing when the QR code will be available.
