Will I get sale notifications?
Yes, you will get an email for every order made on your Tix events.
Further, you can control how often you receive order/sales email notifications. You can choose instant notifications, daily summary, weekly summary or decide to turn off notifications totally.
Step 1: Click on your profile
Step 2: Click on notifications
Step 3: Select either instantly, daily, weekly or totally turn off email notifications.
Step 4: Click save
Step 1: Hover over your name at the top right corner.
Step 2: Click on account on the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Click on settings from the menu bar.
Step 4: From the drop-down menu, click on order notifications
Step 5: Select either instantly, daily, weekly or totally turn off email notifications.
Step 6: Click save
When your event is paid, you will also receive a payment notification email when money is transferred to your bank account.
