Will I get sale notifications?
Yes, you will get an email for every order made on your Tix events.
Further, you can control how often you receive order/sales email notifications. You can choose instant notifications, daily summary, weekly summary or decide to turn off notifications totally.
Step 1: Log in to your Tix account.
Step 2: Click on Account on the left side of the screen.
Step 3: Select Settings from the menu.
Step 4: Choose how frequently you’d like to receive order notifications by email:
Step 5: After selecting your preferred option, click Save to apply the changes.
