How to Find Your Tickets on the Web

Just completed your ticket purchase and wondering where to find it?

No worries. Your ticket is securely saved and can be accessed straight from your email using any web browser. Follow the steps below to view it.

Step 1 : Go to your email inbox and look for an email from orders@tix.africa. Open the email and tap Go to My Tickets.

Step 2: If you have the Tix Africa Orbit App, you will be redirected to the app automatically. See **here **on how to find Tickets on Orbit App

Step 3: If you do not have the app, you have the option of downloading it or continuing to web. Tap Get the App to download the Tix Orbit app and enjoy the wholesome Orbit experience.

If you do not want to download the App and only view your ticket via web please tap Continue to Web to view your tickets in your browser.

Step 4: To access your tickets on the web, choose one of the login options:

If you already have an account, Tap Log in with my password and enter your email address and password.

If you do not remember your password or prefer an easier option, Tap Log in with a link.

Step 5: A login link will be sent to your email from notifications@tix.africa. Open the new email and tap Go to My Tickets.

You will be logged in and your tickets will be displayed on the web.

NOTE

• The QR code for your ticket is temporarily hidden for security reasons. It will become visible two hours before the event. You will also see a countdown showing when the QR code will be available.
• If you experience any issues while buying your ticket or do not receive it, please reach out to our support team and we will be happy to assist you.
