How to Access your Ticket
Accessing your tickets just got easier. There are two ways you can access your ticket after purchase.
Via the Orbit App
Step 1: Download the Tix.Africa - Orbit mobile app using any of the links below:

Step 2: Once installed, Open the app.
Step 3: Tap on Continue with email.

Step 4: Fill in your email address used to purchase the ticket.

Step 5: Tap Continue.
Step 6: Follow the prompt to verify your email address. (Check your email and click the verification link sent Or input your password if you have signed up/verified your email already).
Step 7: Tap the Tickets icon at the bottom of the screen to access your ticket.

Via the Magic Link
Step 1: Once your purchase has been completed successfully, go to your email inbox and look for an email from orders@tix.africa.
Step 2: Open the email and tap Go to My Tickets.

Step 6: Tap Continue on Web to view your tickets in your browser.

Step 7: To access your tickets on the web, choose one of the login options:
If you already have an account, Tap Log in with my password and enter your email address and password.
If you do not remember your password or prefer an easier option, Tap Log in with a link.

Step 8: A login link will be sent to your email from notifications@tix.africa. Open the new email and tap Go to My Tickets.
You will be logged in and your tickets will be displayed on the web.

What if I don't have an email address?
You need an email address to sign up or log in to the Mobile app (Tix.Africa - Orbit) to access your tickets or buy tickets. You can create a free email address here.
NOTE
- The QR code for your ticket is temporarily hidden for security reasons. It will become visible two hours before the event. You will also see a countdown showing when the QR code will be available.
- If you experience any issues while buying your ticket or do not receive it, please reach out to our support team and we will be happy to assist you.
