How do I create a Tix account?

On Desktop

It costs nothing to create a Tix account! All you need to sign up is;

Your name or business name

An email address

What country you’re in

How to create an account on the Tix mobile app

Step 1: Download and open the Tix app from the google play store or App store.

Step 2: Select the Guest user type and click the Next icon. If you want to discover events around you. This user type is for you.



Step 3: Select Get started if you are a first-time user or Sign In if you already have an account.



Step 4: Fill out the “Create new account page” and click on the create account icon.



Step 5: Verify your email and sign in.



You have successfully created an account as a Guest and can explore numerous events on the discover page!

How to create an organiser account on the Tix mobile app

Step 1: Download and open the Tix app from the google play store or App store.

Step 2: Select the organiser user type and click the Next icon: If you want to create events. This user type is for you.



Step 3: Select Get started on the “Made for event creators page” if you are a first-time user or Sign In if you already have an account.



Step 4: Select an account type from the “Create your account page”.



Step 5: Fill out the information field and click on finish. You have successfully created your organiser account.
